I Guess Working Spaces Do Tell a Story!

I always wonder who, if anyone, works at those super cute desks pictured in photos and that a lot of people have as #deskgoals. I'm talking about those minimalist working spaces, a lot of times without a drawer, where there's only a laptop (magically without any cables), a phone, a plant, and a cup of coffee.

Where’s the space for office supplies (bought or brought from work)? I assume my next question will tell on my age but, where do you put notepads, pens, pencils, highlighter, erasers, and liquid paper? Am I the only one who has them all as well as a stapler? Maybe it’s because when I was a little girl, I always played being a secretary, a teacher and a lawyer; I can’t fathom the idea of not having these materials. I use them daily and wouldn't like a space without them.

My working spaces are multifarious. On top of my desk, I have a little bit of everything, and in my drawers and file boxes, I keep a good amount of extras any respected stationery or office supply shop can have. I feel accompanied when working. When the mood changes I seat at Bombon’s table and I work just as happy being surrounded by Candela’s works of art. And, when I have a meeting, I seat at the dining table and feel like I have my own very business conference room.

Is it just me, with the hoarder I harbor inside, the only one that needs spaces like this? I’d love to know where you work, write, do your crafts, etc. Do you belong to the “less is more,” “more is more” or “ I couldn’t care less” type?

BTW, my desk when through the Marie Kondo effect, and I have to tell you all of the office supplies do bring me joy.
